Who We Are

The Young Professionals of Chattanooga (YPC) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that brings young professionals (21 – 40) in the Chattanooga area together to promote philanthropic initiatives, attend social events, raise political awareness and leverage influence in the city’s future.

Our Mission

Creating opportunities for young professionals (21 – 40) to connect and grow into the future leaders of Chattanooga.

Our Vision

YPC aims to be Chattanooga’s leadership incubator — the place where young professionals come to find inspiration, impact the community, build relationships, channel energy, advocate passions, and to leave better than when they came.

YPC aims to be the first place employers look for new talent and the first place they send their most talented.

YPC is the place young professionals will find leaders who will invest in them, and the place they will return as seasoned veterans to serve as mentors.
We are the future of Chattanooga…we are YPC.
